Structure ::

* GC&C has an integrated Quality System designed to ISO-9001. This means that we consider quality to be an intrinsic part of all operations.
To enable the various quality functions, we have quality coordinators throughout the company. Their focus is to facilitate and coordinate the quality efforts within their operational areas. This includes ongoing development of a variety of procedural and computer systems to provide GC&C employees with the means to produce work that they can be proud of. This includes:

* Refinement and enhancement of documented processes.
* Data collection and information system development.
* Test and Service data analysis and distribution.
* Organization and facilitation of Continuous Improvement groups.
Seven Step Quest for the Future(QF7)

* Seven Step QUEST for the FUTURE (QF7) A key part of our updated strategy is institutionalizing the QF7 culture and philosophy. QF7 is a relentless quest for perfection through the disciplined use of databased, fact-driven, decision-making methodology. It is the key to achieving our growth and cost reduction targets that will translate to improved Customer value. QF7 will complement and accelerate many efforts currently underway, such as ISO 9001 -2000 certification, and quality improvement.

* GC&C is dedicated to sustaining the environment and improving the quality of life. In everything we do, we are guided by our Code of Business Conduct. We meet or exceed local environmental regulations and develop solutions to customers' environmental challenges.

* GC&C has a strong social responsibility to give back to the community by volunteering in many groups.

* GC&C advocates SAFETY by its stringent design practices and will suggest components and methods to build safety
into the final product.
